While your primary care veterinarian can handle routine cleanings and basic extractions, our specialty animal hospital offers advanced dental procedures, including:

- Complex oral surgery (tumor removal, fracture repair, and more)
Your Consultation Visit
Consultations are scheduled for 45 minutes to ensure thorough evaluation and discussion. During your visit:

Dental Evaluation
Your pet receives a complete oral exam with one of our veterinarians and a veterinary technician.

Treatment Plan
Findings are reviewed with you, and treatment options are discussed, including any associated costs.

At-Home Care Plan
We cover home care recommendations, including brushing, chews, treats, rinses, and toys to maintain oral health.
During Your Pet’s Procedure
You are welcome to wait in our comfortable client lounge, equipped with WiFi, TV, and cozy seating. If you prefer to explore the local area, we can suggest nearby restaurants, historical sites, and other activities. Our team will provide updates by phone throughout your pet’s procedure.
Preparing for Your Visit
Please bring:
- A list of current medications, including dosage and frequency
- Any recent blood work results (sent from your veterinarian’s office)
- Proof of current rabies vaccination (required for treatment)
How Long Will My Pet Be Here?
Most patients are admitted between 7:45 and 8:00 a.m. and discharged around 5:30 p.m. Pets go home the same day for a more comfortable recovery. On rare occasions, if overnight care is medically necessary, we will coordinate with your primary veterinarian or another facility, as we do not provide 24-hour staffing.
